•     All airsoft guns on this website are different from the airsoft guns distributed by  SoftAirUSA / Cybergun / 3PSA.
•     All airsoft guns are shipped with the required blaze orange tip in compliance with Federal Law.
•     You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase airsoft guns.
•     Under no circumstance can we sell to minors.
•     It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
•     We DO NOT ship international.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:
    We are committed to protecting your privacy.  Any information submitted by you will be used only to process orders and improve our products and services.  Under no circumstance will we rent, sell, or share any information provided by our customers to any third party.
 
PAYMENT TERMS:

•     Full payment is required before the merchandise is shipped.
•     We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Paypal, Wire Transfer, and Cash.
•     No COD.

ORDER TERMS:

•     We will BEAT or MATCH any advertised price.
•     No minimum order.
•     Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

•     It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
•     WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SELL ANY MERCHANDISE TO ANY PERSON.

RETURNS / CLAIM  (WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS):

•     Claims for shortages and damages must be reported to Point Act within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise, we will credit only the cost of goods.
•     We do not accept any returns, all sales final.
•     We offer 14 days gearbox limited warranty which covers manufacturer defects.
•     Limited warranty does not apply to breakage or malfunction due to accident, improper handling, abuse, or poor maintenance.  Any modification / alteration on the gun will void this warranty.
•     Limited warranty covers labor repair on the same product, no cash back.  If the customer wants to exchange a defective gun for a different model, there will be a 30% restocking fee.  If we find that parts are broken due to mishandling instead of manufacturer defect, we will charge extra for repairing the gun.
•     Please contact us before returning a product.
•     Customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

RETURNS / CLAIM  (GENERAL PUBLIC):

•     Claims for shortages and damages must be reported to Point Act within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise, we will credit only the cost of goods.
•     If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please return item in original condition within 30 days from the date you received the item.  (send us an email before returning any item).
•     If you return the item after 30 days from the date you received the item, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
•     Shipping cost are non refundable.
•     Returning brand new / unopened item - full refund back to your credit card (less shipping).
•     Returning opened / used item but in good condition - 20% restocking fee
•     Returning abused / missing parts item - no refund

•     We charge actual shipping cost.
•     You will be shown the shipping charges (US Orders) before the order is submitted.
•     The actual shipping cost may be higher depending on many factors.
•     If the actual shipping cost is higher, we will notify you via phone / email.
•     Small shipments -- UPS Ground
•     Large shipment -- Freight truck
•     All shipments are F.O.B. our Lindon, Utah Warehouse.
•     Goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
